We had a fantastic stay at Totters! The cosy deluxe room exceeded our expectations with a comfortable bed, private bathroom, and a lovely living area with a sofa, TV, and a drawer full of DVDs. It was nice to have our own breakfast utensils in a named bag and a fully stocked fridge in the kitchen. The hosts, Bob and his partner, were warm and welcoming, even sponsoring us for our walk up Snowdon. They showed us around the beautiful accommodation and provided helpful recommendations for parking and dining options. We will definitely be returning!

    Not one thing! 😊

The friendly and helpful staff provided a personal service during our stay, which was a pleasant surprise for a hostel. The accommodation was immaculate and well-maintained.- The location was fantastic, within close proximity to the main attractions of the area.

The steep stairs were a bit challenging for older guests, but it wasn't a major inconvenience. Finding parking was a bit of a hassle due to the limited availability, but there was a paid carpark nearby.

Exceptionally clean, with multiple daily bathroom cleanings and high-quality amenities. Friendly, helpful staff and spacious rooms. Spectacular view from family suite. Convenient location within castle walls, close to bus stop and bars. Kitchen available for self-catering. No negatives at all. 👍

Great location, just a stone's throw away from the sea and with stunning sunset views. The room was spacious and the owners were friendly and welcoming. Having access to the kitchen and dining area in the basement was very convenient, with free use of essential items like milk, yogurt, and toast. The option to heat up ready meals in the microwave was a handy touch.

Although not a major issue, the stairs can be a bit of a hassle after a long day of walking or climbing. But hey, who likes stairs anyway?

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at Totters. The room was not only impressive-looking, but also incredibly comfortable. The location next to the castle walls was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel breakfast menu could have had more variety.

Great location with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice selection of tea and coffee. The staff were welcoming and helpful, providing useful information about parking in the area. The continental breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from. it was a great base for exploring the surrounding area.

There was no option for a full English breakfast, which would have been a nice addition. Parking close to the hostel was limited, but it wasn't too much of an issue as there were spots available within walking distance.

The location of the hostel was perfect, situated within the historic castle walls and just a short walk from the bus stop and bars. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even waiting for me when I arrived late for check-in. The room was spacious and comfortable, and during my stay, I had it all to myself which was a bonus.

There was no on-site parking available. However, the owner was helpful in recommending nearby free car parks or on-street parking options.

The accommodation provided us with a comfortable and spacious attic as a family. The shower and bathroom were lovely. The hosts also gave us a map to find free parking for our car. We had the whole house to ourselves, which allowed us to use glasses and plates whenever we wanted. Breakfast was included and consisted of toast, cereals, and hot drinks. we had a takeaway meal in the kitchen area. The room had a comfortable bed, a TV, and tea and coffee facilities. It felt like our own bedsit. The location of the accommodation was great, being close to the town and especially the castle.

There were really no negative aspects to our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hostel and did not encounter any issues.

Great location! It was so convenient to access all the attractions in the area. The double room we stayed in was modern and excellent - it had all the facilities we needed. The room was spacious and clean, with a great bathroom. The breakfast provided was basic but nice, and we appreciated having it included in the price. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The bunk beds in the room were too low, which made it uncomfortable to sit on the bed without hitting our heads. It would have been better if there were separate single beds for better ventilation.

Our stay at Totters was absolutely delightful! The hostel is located in a historic building within the walls of a charming town. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with stunning views from the penthouse. The hostess was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Despite a few minor inconveniences like limited parking and shared toilets, our overall experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hostel for anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hostel to others.

The couple running the hostel made me feel at home from the moment I stepped in. I was lucky to be alone in the room, which helped me relax after a long day. The location of the hostel is perfect, close to the main monument of the town. The hostel is very clean, comfortable, and in good condition throughout. The beds were comfortable, and towels, shower gel, and shampoo were provided. The continental breakfast was good, and the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. it was great value for money and I will definitely stay here again when I pass by.

    Nothing, it is perfect! 👌

As adventure travelers, we loved the convenient location near the town, castle, countryside, and seaside. The Welsh Highland Railway station and Wetherspoons were also nearby. The self-service breakfast had a wide selection of cereals, drinks, bread, and spreads. The well-equipped premises and warm welcome made us feel right at home.

Felt very special, no complaints whatsoever.
